Mary Kathryn Lunceford-Levesque, PA-C
Mary Kathryn, also known as "MK the PA", is certified physician assistant with experience in both primary care and urgent care. She earned her bachelor's degree in chemistry from Carson-Newman University in 2015 and her Master of Science in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2020. She is also fluent in Spanish after spending many years of her childhood in Mexico with her missionary parents.
Outside of medicine, MK is a wife of over 10 years and a mother of two. She’s active in her church as a deaconess and youth mentor. She also enjoys playing the violin, water skiing, and taking her kids to the zoo.
MK feels called to medicine and is guided by her love for healthcare, family, and by her faith. In both her practice and daily life she strives to care for her patients and community with compassion.
Travis E. Stanley, PA-C
Travis E. Stanley is a certified physician assistant that pursued he field of family medicine because of his love and passion for people. He graduated from East TN State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. In 2013 he earned a law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. After practicing law for 5 years, he decided to leave the legal field and begin his path back to the field of medicine. In pursuit of this, he earned his EMT license in 2018, working for the Scott County Ambulance Service in Oneida, TN. Six months later, he became an Advanced EMT and continued working in emergency services until entering PA school at South College in Nashville in 2020.
Beyond his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kelci (also a PA), and their dog, Lemon, who is the princess of the house. He also likes hiking, going to the gym, and restoring old vehicles. His faith in Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of his life, and he attends church in Mt. Juliet.

What is a PA?
According to the AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants, PAs are licensed clinicians who practice medicine in every specialty and setting. Trusted, rigorously educated and trained healthcare professionals, PAs are dedicated to expanding access to care and transforming health and wellness through patient-centered, team-based medical practice.
To obtain a license, PAs must:
- Graduate from an accredited PA program (a Master's degree program that takes between 27-36 months, including a minimum of 2000 hours of clinical rotations)
- Pass a national certification exam (the PANCE)
To maintain their certification (the "C" in "PA-C"), PAs must complete:
- 100 hours of continuing medical education (CME) every 2 years
- A recertification exam every 10 years
