• Lab test orders & basic in-office testing (e.g., strep, flu, urine dip)

 We are in the process of contracting with additional insurance companies (traditional Medicare, UHC, UMR, Farm Bureau, Tricare, Multiplan) and will update our network as soon as approvals are finalized. If your insurance is not listed, please contact us to verify coverage or discuss alternative payment options.
