• Lab test orders & basic in-office testing (e.g., strep, flu, urine dip)
• Immunizations 
• Basic mental health support (e.g., depression & anxiety screening, medication management)

 Yes, we accept walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee you'll be seen without calling ahead. We recommend calling 615-889-7010 before you come in, as we reserve a limited number of same-day appointments each day. Calling ahead also helps reduce your wait time.

Yes! We offer follow-up appointments for established patients in select situations, most commonly for mental health follow-ups and medication refill appointments.

 Yes, we offer on-site lab services. Labs can be drawn in our office and are processed through PathGroup. Alternatively, we share a parking lot with Quest Diagnostics if you prefer to have your labs done there.
